The CAN-BUS is a popular choice for industrial systems due to its long range, moderate communication speed, and reliable performance. It is often used in modern machine tools, such as for automotive diagnostics.

This CAN Bus Shield allows you to add CAN Bus capabilities to your Arduino projects using the MCP2515 controller with an SPI interface and the MCP2551 transceiver. By attaching an OBD-II converter cable and importing the OBD-II library, you can easily build an onboard diagnostic device or data logger.

Note: The headers on this product may need to be soldered by the user upon arrival. If you are unsure how to do this, you can contact info@longan-labs.cc after placing your order and we will solder the headers for you before shipping.
