The digital temperature probe uses DS18B20 from Dallas semiconductor company. It ensures the high sensitivity and very small delay throuth sealant with high thermal conductivity. The temperature measurement range is from -55℃ to 125℃, and the accuracy is ±0.5℃ within the range of -10℃ to 85℃. Every DS18B20 digital temperature probe has a unique number, and can be identified by SCM.
